The Flourish Retreat

Sisterhood. Fun. Self-care. Seeking God — together.

October 17th | Cedar Haven, Maryland

When was the last time you gave yourself what you give everyone else?

You have poured wisdom into your team, covering into your family, strength into your ministry, and vision into your business — and somewhere in all that giving, you stopped asking if you were being poured back into sufficiently.

This isn't burnout. It's deeper than that.

It's the quiet cost of being the strong one, the capable one, the one who holds it together so everyone else doesn't have to.

And if you're honest, you can't remember the last time you sat somewhere beautiful, said nothing productive, and simply let yourself be filled.

This one day exists for exactly that. Not another to-do. Not another room to perform in. A day set apart — for your spirit, your clarity, and your rest, all at once.

Some spaces don't just host you — they hold you.

We're gathering at Soulcare in Cedar Haven, Maryland, where the morning begins at the water's edge. Picture breakfast under open sky, the kind of quiet that makes room for prayer, and a setting so still it does half the work of releasing what you've been carrying.

From there, we move to a nearby winery for the afternoon — rolling views, an intentional lunch, and a space designed for exactly what we'll be doing: connecting, dreaming, and building what's next. It's the kind of setting that reminds you rest and vision can live in the same breath.

Every detail of both spaces was chosen for one purpose: to give you room to exhale before we ask you to expand.

A day designed to move you from empty to full — and full to forward.

Morning at the water — Spiritual Renewal
We begin with breakfast by the water, prayer, and a morning session centered on what's really been standing between you and the freedom to lead as yourself. This is where we name what's been costing you — and where you start to release it.

Afternoon at the winery — Strategy & Connection
A seated lunch transitions into an afternoon session focused on your next season — vision rebuilt from solid ground, not fear. You'll leave with clarity, not just inspiration.

Closing — Commissioning
We close in a circle, not a checkout line. Each woman speaks what she's carrying forward. You don't just attend this day. You leave sent.

This isn't a cost. It's a return on everything you've been pouring out.

Your seat is $495, and it includes:

  • A curated breakfast by the water

  • A seated lunch at the winery

  • All sessions, prayer, and guided activities

  • A curated gift box to take home with you

Every detail — the food, the setting, the gift, the flow of the day — was chosen so you have nothing to plan and nothing to manage.

For one day, someone else holds it. You just show up.

You will find time for everything else. Will you find it for this?

You'll find time for the deadline, the client, the meeting that could've been an email. You always do. The question is whether you'll find time for the one thing that makes all of that sustainable — you, poured into, before you're empty again.

Seats are limited to 15 women. This isn't a room you can join later. It's a room you say yes to now, or you watch it happen from the outside.

Sis, you've given so much. This is your invitation to receive.
